In the city of Mathura in northern India, a tyrant, King Kamsa, had deposed his own father from the throne and regularly terrorized the population. However, when Devaki, King Kamsa's sister, married Vasudeva, a heavenly voice prophesied that Devaki's eighth son would destroy Kamsa.

King Kamsa immediately drew his sword to kill his sister, but Vasudeva intervened in time and pleaded with Kamsa to spare his wife. In return for this favor, he assured her that he would hand over each of her newborn children. Kamsa relented but imprisoned them both. When Devaki gave birth to her first child, Kamsa came to the prison cell and killed the newborn. In this way, he killed the first six sons.

When the eighth child was about to be born, Devaki and Vasudeva prayed to the gods to spare this eighth son. Lord Vishnu appeared and proposed a plan to save the eighth son.

As soon as the eighth child was born, he asked Vasudeva to take him to the house of his friend, Nanda, in the village of Gokul, where Nanda's wife (Yashoda) had given birth to a girl. Moreover, Vishnu told them that they should be exchanged. The exchange took place, and Krishna lived with his adoptive "mother." His childhood was quiet and peaceful, although he was a little rascal.

The thing that could be interesting to write is a story when he behaves like a rascal.
