Topic Research: Parenthood counseling

People figure talking (Source: Wikimedia Commons)

The topic I have chosen is the one related to parenthood but with a slight change. The storytelling will be through a therapy/counseling session where the child and the parent will talk about their story together, their traumas, and how they feel about each other. It’s kind of a mix with my fourth idea.

The first duo I picked is Shiva and Ganesha. We all know how the two first meet: Shiva beheaded his son and replaces his head with an elephant’s head. A lot to unpack!

The second duo is Hiranyakashipu and Prahlada. Well… Hiranyakashipu tried to kill his son several times because Prahlada was devoted to Vishnu. Can you imagine all the traumas if this happened in real life?!

The last relationship I chose is Rama, Sita, and their twins Luv and Kush. The twins ignore their father’s existence, but they are loved and taken care of by their mother. However, they finally met him, so it will be a good idea to talk about the twins’ life with their mother for several years and the meeting with their father—a lot of emotions and resentment.
