Feedback Thoughts

The first article I read is “Top 11 Signs ThatYou Are a Perfectionist”. I’m a perfectionist; I always knew that I was one, honestly. But the more I grow, the less I am hard on myself. Out of the 11 signs, 5 still applied. Did I develop this quest of perfectionism because of school? Parents’ expectations? Probably? I have no idea; I just know that I am like that since forever. I cannot remember when it begins. However, being a perfectionist gave me opportunities that I think without it I would not be able to achieve. Being a perfectionist is not only a negative trait.
The second article I read is “12 alternatives to letter grades in Education”. I hate letters/numbers grades. And since I want to become a teacher, this is something I won’t do to. The alternative way that I liked the most is the gamification; students can enjoy themselves, and teaching can be playful. But also, the live feedback, that way can be helpful to the students and see where he can improve himself.
